Melanie McClintock is a CMF (Colour, Material and Finish) designer, multi-media artist, curator, and educator that explores material-driven concepts of time, worthiness, and a sense of place. Melanie currently lives and works in Detroit, where she makes hand-made sneakers, archives waste materials, and teaches in the Color and Materials Design graduate program at the College for Creative Studies.
